Valeo reserves the right to cancel a training session at least 10 days before the scheduled date. In such cases, you will be fully refunded via the original payment method used at registration.
You have 14 days from the date of contract conclusion to exercise your right of withdrawal, allowing you to cancel your subscription without any charges and receive a full refund.+
Yes, you receive a VALEO Diploma after completing a full training (Digital or Face-to-Face) and passing its assessment.
The VALEO Diploma is issued for completed trainings. For IMI Certification (valid for EV and ADAS), you must pass the training, then apply and pay on the IMI platform.
All digital trainings on Tech Academy are certified by IMI
Tech Academy is live in France, UK, Spain, Germany, and Poland. All listed trainings are available digitally and/or with scheduled Face-to-Face sessions.
For most topics, Digital training is sufficient. For EV and ADAS, a blended path (Digital + Face-to-Face) is recommended for hands-on skills and IMI certification requirements.
Users can rate trainings after completion (rating is optional). The average score appears on the training cards.

The Valeo certificate attests to your participation and the skills acquired during the training. It has no time limit. However, automotive technologies evolve rapidly: to keep your skills up to date and stay in step with the latest innovations, we recommend that you regularly take new training courses adapted to industry developments.
You have 12 months to complete your online training. To get the most out of it, we recommend completing it quickly, at your own pace, as soon as you register.
Training Credits allow you to buy a flexible bundle of credits that can be used to access digital modules or Face-to-FAce sessions in Tech Academy.

Yes, you can assign credits to other users (who have a Tech Academy account) in your workshop from your account. However, once assigned, credits can't be transferred or reassigned.
You can allocate a digital training or Face-to-Face sessions directly to a participant using your credits.
The training credit cost depends on the training’s content, duration, and complexity. Each trianing displays its credit value on the platform.
