Utilizing our advanced technical knowledge based on years of experience in the automotive industry, and as part of our commitment to the ‘We Care 4 You’ philosophy, Tech’Care is Valeo’s way of passing on our know-how: it includes technical training, promotion and support, and a variety of workshop tools.
Tech’Care technical training is delivered via webinars, e-learning modules and onsite workshops by our technical trainers who have years of experience in the aftermarket. Learn about a variety of product groups and gain greater aftermarket competence. Inspire your customers and utilise compelling sales arguments. You can also offer your customers our training in areas such as increasing technology knowledge, reducing fitting time and avoiding warranty issues.
