This document must be thoroughly reviewed prior to the replacement of the ventilation actuators. Compliance with the procedures and recommendations herein is essential to ensure optimal performance and longevity of the spare part.Installation must be performed exclusively by a trained and qualified professional. &nbsp;

Warning

<ul><li>Ensure that the underlying failure has been correctly identified before proceeding with the installation of the new ventilation actuator.</li><li>The packaging of the product must be inspected for any damage that may have occurred during transit. Any such damage must be reported immediately.</li><li>Extreme caution must be exercised during the unpacking of the product to avoid any damage.</li><li>The product must not be disassembled, modified, or used for any purpose other than its intended function.</li></ul>

CAUTIONS PRIOR TO INSTALLING THE NEW VALEO SPARE PART

<ul><li>Disconnect the negative pole of the 12V battery.</li><li>Confirm that the technology of the new actuator (connector, pins and gear) matches that of the original part.</li></ul>

CAUTIONS BEFORE INSTALLING THE NEW VALEO SPARE PART

<ul><li>All fittings and components must be torqued to the vehicle manufacturer’s specifications to avoid mechanical or operational failures.</li><li>Ensure that the pinion gear is correctly fitted.</li><li>An electronic reset/calibration might be required, refer to the car manufacturer requirements.</li></ul>
