Valeo Awarded 2016 Top Employers United Kingdom Certification

Valeo UK has been certified as a Top Employer in United Kingdom for the third year in a row by the Top Employers Institute, with certification only awarded to UK employers that meet the highest standards in human resources management.

Top Employers 2016 certification recognises organisations that demonstrate best practices in human resources, particularly in the areas of attracting and developing talent, compensation and benefits, and training and skills development.

The well-known automotive parts supplier delivers a wide range of employee offerings, including: learning and development programmes such as internship programmes, graduate schemes, and collaborative learning experiences; employee compensation and benefits such as employee discounts and an employee referral bonus; flexible working conditions; communication channels, including employee surveys and a works council; networking opportunities; well-being programmes; and secondary benefits such as a company car and phone, to name a few.

In addition to this award, Valeo was certified as Top Employer United Kingdom 2015; Top Employer Europe 2015; and Top Employer Global 2015, emphasising its consistent goal to achieve employee satisfaction.

The Top Employer label is awarded by the Top Employers Institute, a specialised institute that identifies and certifies organisations that offer employees exceptional human resources policies.

Phill Everitt, Managing Director of Valeo Service UK said: “Embracing a quality human resources strategy is key to the growth of any business. We want our employees to be satisfied and happy within the work place; our human resources team put specific strategies in place to ensure employee development is achieved and specialist training is always available."

“We are always looking at new ways to optimise employee conditions and we provide several opportunities for them to make their voices heard so we can address any issues that may arise.”
