    Catalog & Product Inquires

    You can find the product catalog valid for your country in the TechAssist section of our website.
    The search options here can be done by vehicle type, VIN, or product reference - in it OE part numbers.

    Parts fitting & technical questions

    For the Beep & Park 632200 system with radio mute, you’ll need one cable from the control unit to the radio and another cable from the control unit to the power source (plus or minus). Be sure to verify whether the radio requires a plus or minus connection before completing the setup.

    For the Valeo Beep & Park system -part number 632200- mounted on the front of the vehicle, position it at least 40 cm above the ground with a 10° upward angle.

    Specialist Club

    1. Open the application and click on the "Sign in / Signup" button.
    2. When the popup appears, click on "Continue."
    3. Click on "Sign up" and fill in all the required fields, such as First name, Last name, and Email.
    4. Accept the terms and conditions, and confirm that you are the Garage Owner.
    5. Rest of the Garage information can be filled in the next step(s)

    1. Redeeming points can be done through the Gifts Shop, which is available in the application bottom navigation.
    2. You will see a list of available gifts.
    3. If you have enough points in your balance, you can redeem gifts by clicking the "Redeem" button (colored in green).
    4. A confirmation message will appear asking if you want to redeem the gift.
    5. Click "Yes" to confirm, then, you'll be able to check your order status in the order history section within the same screen.
    6. Valeo team will then contact you for confirmation and delivery details.

    - Creating a new account or
    - Logging in with your existing account.
    3. If you can't login with your existing account, try resetting your password.
    4. To create a new account:
    - Start the application.
    - Click on the "Sign in / Signup" button.
    -Click on "Sign up."
    - Fill in all the required fields (First name, Last name, Email address).
    - Accept the terms and conditions and confirm that you are the Garage Owner.

    Tech Academy

    To register on the TechAcademy platform, simply follow these steps:

    1.Visit the Valeo Service website and navigate to the Training section.

    2.Click the Register button in the top right corner of the page.

    3.Complete the registration form with your details, including your name, email address, and password.

    4.Review and accept the terms and conditions, then click Register.

    5.Check your email inbox for a verification link. Click the link to confirm your email and activate your account.

    6.Once verified, log in to TechAcademy using your registered email and password.

    Registration for TechAcademy is free and gives you access to our free training content.
    To access advanced content, you can upgrade by subscribing to payable part of Tech Academy.
