O.E. leader and aftermarket specialist
Over 100,000 Valeo starters and alternators are used in production worldwide each day, making Valeo a key player in the global electrical systems market. One out of every three vehicles is fitted with a Valeo machine as original equipment.
Two ranges, one focus
The two Valeo aftermarket ranges - New for New and Standard Exchange – both include the latest industry innovations. Valeo also offers a range of innovative services, like a core identification system and core collection.
“New for New” range
The “New for New” product range of alternators and starters consists of multiple part numbers for professional vehicles such as light utilities, trucks, buses, agricultural vehicles and fork-lifts. The 100% O.E. quality will satisfy repairers and drivers who are seeking O.E. replacement only.
And Valeo’s “New for New” range is constantly growing – the “time-to-market” initiative strives to make O.E. replacement parts available as soon as a new vehicle model is released.
Standard Exchange range
The “Standard Exchange” range of alternators and starters provides an economical repair solution, whatever the vehicle.
With over 30 years of experience, strong knowledge of renovation techniques and in-house expertise in manufacturing original equipment, Valeo ensures high quality remanufacturing, in line with O.E. standards. And all Valeo products are 100% asbestos free.
Easy collection, quick processing
In order to make the collection of old machines more efficient (starters, alternators and also compressors), Valeo has developed the eCORPS system: a combination of mobile terminal and software program that enables real-time recognition and data transmission of collected parts, allowing processing within 48 hours.
Back in the Box
The “Back in the Box” program is an efficient way to return cores - it protects and aids in core identification. This helps process refunds quickly, avoiding depreciation and misidentification.
